The Insights profile pinpoints the strengths and communication preferences of a team’s various members. Each team member takes approximately 15 minutes to answer 20 multiple-choice questions on-line. Participants are asked to rank worded scenarios from most appealing to least appealing; there are no right or wrong answers. Each team member receives a personalized and confidential Insights report.
Interpretation and application of Insights profiles can take place in different venues specifically tailored to the needs of the client organization.
